Our Story

Iron Roots Beef is based in Auburn, NY, built on doing things right—no shortcuts. We , focus on producing consistent, high-quality beef we can stand behind.



Our cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished, fed a ration built around corn silage, hay, distillers, and corn—much of it grown on our own ground. We feed and manage them daily, with a strong focus on comfort, health, and overall performance. That’s what drives consistency, and that’s what shows up on the plate.



We started selling beef direct to take control of the final product—how it’s raised, how it’s finished, and the quality that leaves our farm. Instead of being just another commodity, we wanted to stand behind what we produce and sell it with confidence.



All beef is processed under USDA inspection at Empire Custom Processing, a trusted facility known for quality and consistency. We sell direct from our farm—no middlemen, no guesswork—just honest beef, raised right and backed by real work every step of the way
